online return policy

*this return policy is applicable to all purchases made through and does not apply to purchases made through our physical anna bé and a&bé shops.

All merchandise not marked final sale is eligible to be returned for a full refund minus a $35 return shipping fee. The merchandise must be returned to a&bé headquarters in the exact same condition as received, and shipped back within five business days of receiving the dress as tracked by UPS delivery notifications. If the returned merchandise is in any way damaged, a deduction of the cost of repair and/or cleaning will be deducted from the refund amount up to the original sale price of the merchandise.

All non-wedding dress merchandise on is eligible for a full refund if returned in new and un-used condition within 30 days. All returned merchandise will be shipped at the customer's expense. 

Final Sale items may not be returned. Deal Of The Week dresses, as well as items purchased during a flash sale using a coupon code are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund. Services including dress cleaning and preservation are also not eligible for a refund.

Your refund will be processed once a&bé headquarters has received and inspected the dress for any new damage. While the dress is in your possession, we ask that you keep the dress away from pet dander, do not eat or drink in the dress, and do not drag the train on unclean floors. In order to avoid any unintended damage, we ask that the dress be hung in the bag on its hang straps (if applicable), and stored in a safe, dry place when not in use. Once the dress is received and has passed inspection, you will receive a confirmation email from a&bé letting you know that your refund has been initiated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed once it has been initiated from



order shipping information

All purchases over $500 are eligible for free one-way shipping via UPS 3-Day Select. Dress purchases under $500 will be charged a flat $35 shipping fee for UPS 3-day select services. Non-wedding dress purchases will be charged a variable shipping fee based on the product specifications. We currently only accept orders within the continental United States. 

Merchandise that is located at a&bé headquarters or is owned by one of our physical a&bé locations will be shipped within 48-72 hours during normal store business hours. Purchases made outside of store business hours may require additional processing time.

Select dresses listed on are in the possession of the seller and will require additional processing time. These dresses must first be shipped to a&bé headquarters for inspection and will then be shipped to the buyer. If your purchase requires additional processing time, you will be notified by an a&bé team member via email. 



return shipping information

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at to initiate the process. All dress purchases and "Shop At Home" packages will have a return label included in the box. Please package the merchandise in the original box and use the label provided to return your package. You may drop off the package at any UPS business center or schedule a pick-up at your front door. A return is officially initiated when the UPS tracking number for the returned package is activated.
